addressbooksasyouwant.Youmight
wantoneforbusinesscontacts,
anotherforprospects,andstill
anotherforfriendsandassociates.
APTMailingAssistant抯merge
facilitymakesiteasytocombine
multipleaddressfilesinasingle
fileforlargemailings.

TheprimarywindowofAPTMailing
Assistantshowsyouthereturnand
sendnamesthatwillbeusedwhenan
envelopeorlabelisprinted.The
smallwindowatthebottomofthe
mainwindowistheAPTMailing
AssistantSelectionswindow.This
windowindicatesthecurrentaddress
filebeingused,theselected,the
labelorenvelopebeingused,paper
orientation,andpaperbin.

Youcanprintasingleenvelopeor
labelwiththeaddressesinthe
primarywindow.Whenprintinga
singlelabel,youcanselectwhich
labelonasheettouse,allowingyou
toreusethesheetuntilalllabels
havebeenprinted.

Youcanalsodoamassmailingwith
thegroupmailoption.Thisoptionis
greatforChristmascards,
invitations,oranymailingtoa
groupofpeoplewithinanaddressbook.
